Security maintenance software for alarms, CCTV and access control.

Maintenance Partners is security maintenance software for Australian security businesses: an asset register for every panel, detector, camera and reader you service, routine servicing schedules that generate the work, an offline-first field app, and defect to quote to invoice in one thread. Systems spread across hundreds of sites and customers, held in one machine.

The machine

How it runs a security servicing business

Every device, on the record

Detectors, panels, sirens, cameras, recorders, readers, controllers and locks — each on its own record with location, model and full service history. When a client asks what is on their site and when it was last serviced, the answer is a report, not a search through old job sheets.

Routine servicing that cannot drift

Set the cadence each maintenance agreement specifies — and the routine inspection rhythms standards such as AS 2201 expect for intruder alarm systems — and the jobs generate themselves. Contracted revenue stops depending on someone remembering to book the visit.

Evidence captured at the system

Checklists, test results, photos and signatures captured on an offline-first iOS and Android app at the panel, synced the moment coverage returns. When a monitored system's history is questioned, the record is already there.

Defect to invoice, one thread

A failed camera or flat battery becomes a defect, a quote, a work order and an invoice without re-keying — wired into Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks. The repair work that comes out of routine servicing stops leaking.

Why this machine

Fire and security already live together

Many Australian businesses service fire and security under the same roof, and Maintenance Partners was forged on the fire side — under AS 1851, where routine servicing is audited harder than anywhere else in the trades. Fire-and-security businesses run both disciplines in one licence, one register, one schedule; security-only businesses get a platform that treats a maintenance agreement with the same rigour the fire industry is legally held to. The price is published: $150 per user per month ex GST, every module included.

No contest

What the generic tools cannot say

Generic job-management software treats a security maintenance agreement as a repeating booking. Maintenance Partners was engineered for regulated recurring service, and the differences are structural — none of them can be bolted onto a booking tool.

The schedule is computed, not typed in

There is no "repeat every quarter" job to set up and babysit. Each system carries a service programme, due dates are computed from the register, a larger service falling near a smaller one absorbs it into a single visit, and completing it re-anchors everything beneath. You maintain the register — the schedule follows.

It can prove you were late

A completion-anchored schedule — what everyone else ships — moves the next due date when the work is done, so it is structurally incapable of showing a breach. Maintenance Partners also measures every system against a fixed grid, separating visits done late from visits never done. When a monitored site's history is questioned, that is the difference that matters.

Offline is a replica, not a cache

"Works offline" usually means a form that holds its submission until the bars come back. The field app carries a full replica of the technician's work — the entitled register, its histories and its checklists, in their pocket — and a technician can be a fortnight out of coverage without losing a thing. A basement with no signal is a normal working day.

Questions

Security questions, answered.

Does it handle recurring security maintenance contracts and SLAs?

Yes. Recurring schedules are the core of the product: set the servicing cadence each contract specifies — and the routine inspection rhythms standards such as AS 2201 expect for intruder alarm systems — and the jobs generate themselves against the right systems with the right checklists. Every visit, test and repair lands on the asset's own record.

Can it track alarms, CCTV and access control on the same site?

Yes — the register holds every device class side by side: detectors, panels and sirens; cameras and recorders; readers, controllers and locks. Each device carries its own service history, and one site visit can work across all of them on a single job.

How much does security maintenance software cost?

Maintenance Partners is $150 per user per month ex GST ($165 inc GST) with every module included — field app, office portal, asset registers, scheduling, quoting, invoicing, client portal and integrations. No tiers, no add-ons, and volume discounts for larger teams are shown before you pay anything.
