One machine. Every standards-driven trade.

Maintenance Partners is maintenance software for the trades whose work is recurring service against a register of assets: fire protection, HVAC, electrical test and tag, security systems. The platform was forged under AS 1851 — the most heavily audited maintenance standard in the country — and the same machine runs every discipline where an interval is set by a standard and a missed cycle is a liability. One licence, one data model, one published price.

The trades

Where the machine runs

Fire protection

Where we were forged. AS 1851 routine servicing as the data model, AFSS and state annual reporting, defect grading — built by the people who train and certify the industry. The product and the compliance engine.

HVAC and mechanical

Asset registers for every unit, recurring maintenance contracts that generate their own work orders, and the service cadences AS/NZS 3666.2 sets for air-handling and water systems. HVAC maintenance software.

Test and tag

A record per appliance, retest intervals scheduled to AS/NZS 3760, high-volume offline testing in the field, and registers your clients pull themselves. Test and tag software.

Security systems

Alarms, CCTV and access control on one register, routine servicing to your agreements and AS 2201's rhythms, and every test on the device's own record. Security maintenance software.

Asset maintenance, generally

Any contractor whose work is planned maintenance against equipment: a digital logbook per device, schedules that cannot drift, defect to quote to invoice in one thread. Asset maintenance software.

More than one of these?

Most maintenance businesses are. Fire and security, fire and test and tag, mechanical and electrical — every discipline runs in the same licence on the same register, priced at $150 per user per month ex GST with everything included.

No contest

What the generic tools cannot say

Whichever trade you run, the same structural advantages apply — engineered into the platform, not bolted onto a booking tool.

The schedule is computed, not typed in

No "repeat every 12 months" jobs to set up and babysit. Each asset carries a service programme, due dates are computed from the register, a larger service falling near a smaller one absorbs it into a single visit, and completing it re-anchors everything beneath. You maintain the asset register — the schedule follows.

It can prove you were late

A completion-anchored schedule — what everyone else ships — moves the next due date when work is done, so it is structurally incapable of showing a breach. Maintenance Partners also measures every asset against a fixed grid, separating work done late from work never done. That is a register you can hand to an auditor.

Offline is a replica, not a cache

"Works offline" usually means a form that holds its submission until the bars come back. The field app carries a full replica of the technician's work in their pocket, and a technician can be a fortnight out of coverage without losing a thing. A basement with no signal is a normal working day.
